Can I start small and grow later?

Yes. Many clients start with one focused tool (model 2) or the cloud platform (model 1) and move to a dedicated system when the value is proven.

Do I need servers or an IT team?

Not with models 1 to 3: RÜM runs the infrastructure and support. With model 4 the code is yours and you decide where it lives.

Can it carry my brand?

Yes. The dedicated system (model 3) runs with your name and look, shaped around how your team already works.

How is it paid?

Cloud: monthly per active user, nothing upfront. Custom builds: 50% to start, 30% on delivery and 20% at close. Final terms go in the contract.

Does it connect with Revit and my current tools?

Yes. There is a Revit plugin, IFC and Excel import, and integrations or connectors built for your stack.
